Find out how you can earn your MD on Vancouver Island with the Island Medical Program (IMP), which delivers the UBC MD Undergraduate Program in collaboration with the University of Victoria and Island Health.
Dr. Shahin Shirzad, Assistant Dean of Admissions, will host this special information session along with current IMP students and the IMP admissions coordinator. You’ll learn about the MD Undergraduate Program and the IMP, our admissions process, what it takes to become a doctor, and what it’s like being in medical school. You can also ask any questions you may have in the extended Q&A period following the presentation.
This information session will be available both in-person* and via Zoom**.
